Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to trial lessons, individual lessons, and lesson packages purchased from Evryday Learning.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. With timely notice, the lesson can be moved without a fee. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed lesson without notice, is normally charged in full and counts as used.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the lesson will normally end at the originally scheduled time so the next student is not affected. If the tutor is late, the missed time will be added when possible or credited.

Tutor cancellation and emergencies

If Evryday Learning cancels a lesson, you may reschedule it or receive a credit. Genuine emergencies are handled reasonably case by case; please communicate as soon as you can.

Lesson packages

Unless different written terms are provided at purchase, 5-lesson packages should be used within 90 days and 10-lesson packages within 180 days of purchase. Approved pauses for illness, travel, or other significant circumstances may extend that period.

Refunds

Completed lessons and late-cancelled or missed lessons are not refundable. Before a package expires, you may request a refund for unused lessons. Any lessons already used will be recalculated at the then-current single-lesson rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded using the original payment method when reasonably possible. Trial lessons are refundable only if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice or if Evryday Learning cannot provide the lesson.

How to request a change or refund

Reply through the same communication channel used to schedule your lesson. For a refund request, include your name, purchase date, and the lessons or package involved. If you have not yet scheduled, use the inquiry form on the home page.
