These terms apply to the Evryday Learning website, placement exams, and private tutoring services. By using the website or purchasing tutoring, you agree to them.
Tutoring services
Lesson format, schedule, language, goals, and price are confirmed with each student before purchase. Tutoring is educational support, not a guarantee of a particular test score, proficiency level, job outcome, academic result, or timeline. Progress depends on attendance, practice, prior knowledge, and other individual factors.
Accounts and accurate information
You agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information and to keep lesson links and communications reasonably secure. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or attempt to access private administrative areas.
Placement exams
Placement results are educational estimates based on the answers submitted. They are not accredited certifications and may be adjusted after conversation or further assessment. You may not copy, publish, resell, automate, or use the exams to build competing materials.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Prices and package details shown when you book govern your purchase. The separate Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The website, curriculum, exams, lesson materials, text, graphics, and branding belong to Evryday Learning or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Students may use materials provided to them for personal, noncommercial learning. No ownership rights are transferred.
Third-party services
Lessons or business operations may rely on third-party video, scheduling, email, payment, or hosting services. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for outages or conduct outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evryday Learning disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any direct liability relating to paid tutoring will not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update these terms, change the website, or suspend access to protect students, the business, or the service. Material changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown. Either party may end ongoing tutoring, subject to payment obligations and the cancellation policy.
